I gave my biometrics on January 6th and it was updated with number and so was my dependent. But it kept saying action is required for biometrics. I called IRCC a couple of days ago and the lady I spoke with told me that it just meant an officer needed to link the biometrics to my profile but no further action was needed from me. I logged in today and now my application says “Submitted.” And it says we haven’t received your fingerprints please check your biometrics request letter below.

Should I try calling again? Do I need to be concerned?

I saw three updates on my profile since day 20 Jan.
20 Jan - Update 1 - Probably related to the Biometrics being linked to my profile.
21 Jan - Update 2 - Ghost Update
22 Jan - Update 3 - Ghost Update

Guys since biometrics is not opening up for FSW EE anytime soon, do we need to write about it to CIC, since I am approaching the deadline in my BIL. Anyone else facing same issue ?

Personally, I got on GU the day after the MEP. Since then, I have not caught any GU.

I understand that it changes to this message prior the PPR, however, I've never seen the "Not Applicable" message. It was like that since the early beginning.
