Yeah, you can check that here. Try to call the VAC office in your city and ask. Someone on this forum called Ahmedabad office and they said they are planning to accept bookings for PR applicants by end of this month.

To those this might be relevant:
- I just completed my biometrics at my USCIS ASC center (Denver, Colorado) and I had to wait for 1 hour in a standing queue even if you have an appointment.
- My barcode wasn't that clear and they had to try multiple times to get it recognized by the reader. So make sure the print out is clear.

Even I checked yesterday to reschedule and I couldn't find any appointments available at all.

Biometrics is a part of your criminality. If your biometrics are pending your application will continue to progress, and your criminality will show as pending. Until your provide the biometrics, or are exempt from it, a final decision will not be made.
