Clearances
The applicant must not be subject to the prohibitions contained in sections 21 and 22 of the Act.
Applicant must pass all clearances: immigration, criminality (RCMP) and security (CSIS).
The CPC-S initiates all clearances. Validity for clearances is as indicated below.

• Immigration: one year
• Criminality: one year
• Security: four years

Sigh still waiting on any movement in my application since recieving AOR in Feb last year. Had to send of a PR renewal application today since I have no idea when I'll actually get the citizenship.

Fingers crossed things will start moving faster in the next couple months.

i'm from Scarborough location.
i Did my test on 7th Feb 2021 and to most SHOCKING Surprise happened today, when i called CIC, agent mentioned that the file is not recorded the result and it is showing as "RESCHEDULED".
i am confused now, does anyone has this new experience.

No news, no update. Its so frustrating. Things move faster even in third world countries. Canada is only not the country to deal with covid.
