Please help please if you have any experience with my case.
I had a charge and fingerprinted May 2019 and on Jun 2019 I got withdrawal in the court before the trial from the first day.
Now I applied for the citizenship and while the file is in progress IRCC asked me to do a fingerprint so my question is there is flag on my file? Or it is just bad luck and got randomly?!! Also is my withdrawal may affect my application and can cause rejection?!!

A Lawyer / Immigration consultant would be in a better position to answer the question. If case is withdrawn then there should be nothing to worry. Fingerprinting is mostly for confirming the identity. Did you mark any YES at Point 16 on pages 5 and 6 of application?

No, I did not, why should I do that? my lawyer said don't as you never been convicted or charged (charge was withdrawn) so you tell me what is in your mind! also what you mean by confirming identity so that means even my withdrawn charges will not appear in the report? thanks in advance
Hello administrator, I am wondering why the sheet is still not updated? The latest month we can check is for the citizenship application of the month of October!!
If you have done any updates to the sheet please post the link in this thread
Thank you

Hello everyone!! Feels good and not so good to be back on this forum again.. Waiting yet again on CIC lol. I received my PR in June 2016 and haven't had to deal with CIC since then. Well, finally! I submitted my citizenship application in November, so hopefully in less than a year, I will truly be done with CIC haha.
