How long does it usually take between decision made and oath invite?

For me it took a week

Got my oath invite for 16th of February. Halifax office is finally doing something.

Done with the oath late January. It was a long 26 months journey. Thank you everyone. I hope your turn for those who are still waiting is soon. I am grateful for this platform. It was an outlet to express the frustration I felt during this long painful process. I feel relieved now. Proud to be officially Canadian at last after 10 years being in Canada between studying and working. Now the wait for the citizenship certificate and passport begins.

Guys when they finalizing applications between 22 to 28 does it mean everything will be completed? Mine is 30th. So am i expecting to hear from them soon? My test and BG check have only been completed. They asked me to send them my pp pages.

To those who are done with the oath: how long did it take after the oath before your file marked as closed, and how long after that before you received your certificate?

Its not a role. They are working on 2021 and 2020 applicants. Us 2019 are screwed with delays after delays because its paper based applications

Then why they say they are finalizing ?? This way they make 2019 applicants expectations higher tho ‍

Its all lies to cool down expectations. Look how many 2021 applicants are done . Already with passport. While 2018 and 2019 applicants waiting for miracles .
