Same. No update. AOR Nov 2019, FSW-O. Approved in March 2020 based on GCMS notes. Medical passed Nov. 29, 2019.

Good news for you, something is moving in your file! Are you PNP or FSW? Also, did you request GCMS notes in the past?

FSW Outland. Last time I ordered GCMS was about august last year. File was approved since April 2020
