I’m also really not certain why. It was July of this year when my medicals seemed to had gotten extended as the date changed, but then this month they asked for remedicals.
No idea about medicals. I passed it on 6th DEC 2019. Hopefully, they will extend it.
In my GCMS notes, they mentioned that "request made to extend the medicals." .

My AOR is in NOV 2019, outland, when I call IRCC they keep saying only criminality pass and nothing else is started not even Medicals although Its been an my medicals are done. Does this mean my medicals still valid as the officer still did not open my case.
I really feel frustrated when I see some people get PR within 2 to 3 months of AOR and in my case they did not even started even after one year of AOR.

@legalfalcon ..my gcms not says all steps are valid and ready for approval but ircc is not issuing any new ppr for indian..I have TRV and brother in canada so what you suggest shall I travel to canada on trv so that I will get ppr once I land in canada...

You can sure travel to Canada if you are exempt from the travel restrictions. However, there are many inland applicants who have been waiting forever even though their GCMS notes say that it is approved.
