Hi all. I received Ready for Visa email yesterday, which mentions that I have to inform IRCC of any "Changes in Circumstances":
Should any of the following circumstances apply to you or any accompanying family member, you must inform CPC-Ottawa immediately at the email address above:
Change in marital status, for example due to marriage, divorce, legal separation, annulment or death of spouse;
Change in family composition, for example due to adoption or birth of a child, including a child born to your accompanying dependent child,
Death of principal applicant, spouse, accompanying children, or death of sponsoring relative;
Change in health;
You or any of your accompanying family members being charged or convicted of a criminal offence
Change in contact information: mailing address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
My wife is 6.5-month pregnant, do I need to let them know? I already submitted our passports for stamping.
Does anyone know whether IRCC is requesting PCCs again from long backlogged files? Mine is Nov 2019 and I wanted to know if there is possibility that they might ask for it? What are the possible reasons they ask for redoing it?

For the people I know that got it, they changed location (relocated to another country other than where they applied from) while others just got it without changing country of residence.

I changed my address recently and got a PCC request, but I did not change the country I am living in - I don't know if these events are related to each other. However, my original PCC was valid for only 90 days so it had expired a long time ago - maybe they only needed me to update it so they can issue me the PPR...

I just finished speaking with a friend who submitted in 2021 January and she told me a lot of people from her Aor group are getting ppr from RROC (rapid response operating Center) in Ottawa but those in CPC Ottawa are still pending and almost no movement. What is the metric for processing new files and leaving old files hanging. I’m seriously tired
