As soon I completed high school I joined for my
bachelor degree(business) in (distance education) and I started working full time from the day I started my bachelors.
My degree is 3 years (ug)
Wes Canadian equivalent is 3 years bachelors
My degree is wes approved
I guess in wes they would mention that it's a correspondence degree too in wes report
My work is full time and paid
I have salary slips, references letter, tax files
My work and studies have no connection, in the sense I've read somewhere "if work is a part of studies we can't claim that experience"
Can I claim points for my work experience (3 years)
Or is it that, the experience from the day after completing bachelors is counted as experience for EE.
Please give me your thoughts and insights to this also if you know anyone who's succeded with a similar profile as mine let me know
@legalfalcon my application is been opened almost since year now. Every time I call IRCC help line I got same answers from agent. Is there any specific questions we can ask them to get our application status? I normally ask about my eligibility, security and background status. Which is all passed. I also get my GCMC notes did not see any specific information.
Thank you in advance.

So it will be close to a year soon since I received my medical certificate. Can we get a new medical certificate done even before we receive the mail from IRCC to do so?
If yes, what are the documents we might need to carry?
Also, any clue when the borders might open? and when VFS in India will start operating?

Note 2:- Officer Review: I am satisfied on balance of probabilities the PA meets eligibility of CEC Section R87.1 of the Regulations. Reviewed pay information and supporting documents. I am satisfied on balance of probabilities that PA has accumulated Canadian Work Experience in declared NOC. Foreign work experience reviewed documents, no concerns. I am satisfied the application meets the requirement of A11.2/R87.1 A11.2. Met Selection EE Econ — PASSED **** ADMISSIBILITY ****
Criminality: PA: Passed

You can always get an upfront medical exam done. If you want, and willing to pay the exam fee over and over again. However, there is a good chance that IRCC may extend your medicals if everything else passed in your application. Read Legalfalcon's post from the below link.
