I received my GCMS note today. Everything has been passed for a few months. But Note 1 says - "Email to be sent to RMO Ottawa for medical reassessment request".
I had my medical in November, so it is not 12 months yet. So, what does this note mean and why they want medical reassessment when everything is closed.

RMO is the regional medical Office. It does say reassessment, but it is not clear why. If there are any abnormal reports, or a clarification needs to be made, then a reassessment request can be made.
Thanks @legalfalcon for your response but can you please elaborate more "Points claimed for Employer" because I did not get arranged employment points and submitted only Current Employer and Previous Employers Reference Letters.

Thanks @legalfalcon .. my medical says Passed in GCMS since November and also has an entry "No health impairment sufficient to prevent admission for medical reasons under Section 38". Do you think this is normal?

@legalfalcon Nothing abnormal in the report as far as I know. I so much hope that it for re-confirming the decision. I have not yet received the reassessment request though the date in GCMS note was 10 days ago.
You can send a webform and request. Expressly state that your US visa expires and since the application has been approved, you are requesting that further formalities be done. You will have to send a detailed plan for settlement. You cannot do soft landing.
@legalfalcon Thank you for your response. I have twice raised the webform stating my current condition and have received generic response from IRCC. Is there any other email Id where i can reach them out. My VO is Ottawa.

Ircc sending almost same generic reply to every webform and email. It's better to opt for the gcms notes as those are the most accurate with your recent status
I have NOv 15th 2019 AOR. Through webforms, i got to know that all my checks are valid and application is waiting in queue for officer to review. I hope this is the last step but have been the same from last 1 month now. My application is in Sydney, Nova Scotia. I am outland PNP applicant. Any one in same situation ? or any leads on when the officers would be reviewing all pending outland applications.
Have not applied for GCMS yet. These delays are very disappointing :-(
