An update from my side.. Got my 2nd set of notes yesterday.. Looks like they are tagging Outland cases with an ORGANIZATION: CN COVID PACE as I can see this new entity in my 2nd notes which wasn't there in my 1st one..
I've never seen such a detailed information in a signature . Right from day 1 everything is captured. Would you mind saying what was the RR about on your eligibility? I too have a RR on my eligibility and have ordered GCMS notes. After much speculation, I uploaded a LOE couple of days back for my POF thinking that might be the reason for my RR.

Glad that it's helpful for someone Subramani! So my RR was on Eligibility only, as I was afraid. Experience letter which I submitted initially wasn't satisfactory for the junior officer, also it wasn't on the company's letterhead which made them to put it under review. So to be honest, since the beginning I was a bit itchy to get the notes but I was just holding myself to wait for atleast 2 months from AOR to apply for notes but I ended up waiting for 3 months (20/Nov/AOR to 12/Feb/AOR) to order my notes. Luckily I got it in a month's time so I was able to clearly prepare another exp letter and submit it back to them, that timely action triggered further review and resulted in senior officer passing everything the next month. So yeah what you did was correct, as soon as we submit an LoE back to them will trigger further review. Good luck!

Feels good to hear that they are atleast hearing us out . Although I did not recieve the survey email, I would be happy to fly to Canada as soon as possible irrespective of covid situation now.
