Hi my application got rejected with reason eca missing. but I had uploaded it with Wes letter along with marks cards. since including all pages had about 23 pages the images were slightly blurred. can you suggest me what can be done.

Raise CSE and explain, provide evidence. Call them as well and seek clarifications. There are cases that were re-instated based on the evidence provided.

I have created a case specific enquiry as you suggested. I have sent them the screenshot of list of provided documents by client which shows that the document has been provided.
do you have contact information where we can call and connect with them.

In the meantime, is it a good idea to create new profile and ask SINP to add the points in the new profile? if there is a chance for the case to be reinstated.

I am also unsure about the application fee, if it will be refunded.

I would suggest to contact sinp, in terms of creating a new profile, i am not sure, wait for the reply probably.

In terms of numbers: 1-888-242-2100 but use google hangouts

I have received my bio metric instruction letter yesterday. I want to ask one thing.
Do I have to upload bio metric my self or will the visa support center will transmit bio metric electronically to ircc.?
If they are going to upload it electronically, do i still have to upload some proof that i have given biometrics?

After you have given the Bio, it will automatically link to your application, you don't need to do extra step.

AOR:18Nov, MED:11 Dec, on 12 Dec got an email stating "we have updated your application status". Is this a ghost update or IP1 ?

Also, when i can expect BIL.
