I am PNP applicant, submit paper-based PR application on 05 NOV 2018.
Let me know what is Eligibility check for Paper-based applicants? What I understand we have nothing to keep prolong compare to EE applicants. Paper-based applicants have no CRS scores, IELTS should be valid but high score not required and age also does not effect on the application.
So what they will do under Eligibility test for Paper-based applications?

Another update, I haven't noticed, but with MEP my BG check status changed to: Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
So apparently I'm in IP2.

First off there is no such thing as IP or IP2. If you keep a track of your application through your MyCIC status messages, then it is deceptive and has no bearing on what stage your application may be at.
