Was there a gift deed involved?

1. It was sent 2 months back.
2. I showed some amount in provident fund it was less than 10℅ of the total amount and my officer marked me RR saying provident fund amount was not taken into consideration because it is not a accepted POF. Now I have withdrawn my PF amount and it's credited into my savings account. I shared updated POF with bank letter confirming average 6 months balance along with statements and LOE.

Text Now, for some reason, does not seem to work. I have been trying for past few days myself but they seem to have disabled the call transfer to IRCC. Anyone with any idea how to call IRCC from outside Canada?
