Activities in this group has slowed down.
No much updates anymore since they shut out outland applicants from calls, webform takes close to 2 weeks to get a response and no PPR news lately.
It's pitiable

Hello everyone, I just received the reply from MP Weir's office and they forward me the responses from the Immigration and they said eligibility criminality and security are all finalized (I didn't know what does it mean by "finalizing").

But the MP office concluded that it means my application is almost approved. Since my MED will be expired on Nov 2nd, the Immigration said they have requested an extension with their "office of responsibility" and if they approve the extension then we may not be required to do a re-med; if reject the extension then we will receive a re-med notification.

Do you think this is definitely a positive news?

A bit catch on your statement: Almost Approved??
If it is APPROVED & waiting for medical extension, It's a confirm positive news for you. once it's extends, you will get a interview call (If you are Inland) else passport request.

I'm in the same boat. Got a ghost update on Sept 11th which was apparently a request internally to extend my Medicals. Haven't heard anything after.

Definitely sounds very positive! Especially with the ghost update. They might have approved your extension or something!

Are you inland? And would you mind sharing the email address of the MP you contacted?

What's your issue with POF? Why was it under RR? Do you have a gift deed involved?

Not too sure but my bank statements had mention of a mortgage, so I guess they were looking into that.

Do you mind me asking how long have you been waiting for med clearance after elig; criminality and security being cleared?
