Hi guys! Few tips and tricks to connect to a call center agent fast.
Try calling them on Google Hangouts and I haven't faced any issues with the app. Secondly, try calling them at 4.30 to 4.45pm (IST) in the evening and your wait time will only be 1 minute. I remember speaking to an agent thrice with a wait time of only 1 to 5 minutes.
They are clearing the 2018 files - but taking their own time..
From last two weeks a lot of apps got cleared from 2018 who were waiting forever - i want to believe they have picked up the pace (hoping for it) - and looking forward to see them clear the rest of us soon..
Listening to members who got ppr out of nowhere - totally unexpected and surprised after the long wait - there is hope - it is the matter of time and how efficient ircc is going to be
After the rush of ppr's 2 days ago - there arent many of us left here - most of the members who have waited forever have got ppr in the last week - especially the previous batch -
I know, I've the following the number of PPRs for November on my immi tracker and they've been steadily approving one or two files a day. Definitely an improvement over 8 months, when it stalled and we didn't see any PPRs for a while. My point is just that I don't remember when was the last time someone got an useful response from webform or call.
They only give it after the previous due date has expired. Also due date for now has no significance. I was told that officers no longer process files based on due dates. Still surprised they are giving me due dates
I guess it's become a game now to see how many due dates they can give for my file
I'm surprised they are still giving out due dates. Because the other agent I spoke to said due dates have all been removed.
In my case, all theories are failing First there was 7 month theory, then 250 day theory and now 10 month theory I will probably break the medical expiry theory next
