They do. I called them today about my address and the wait time was only 4 minutes!

How long it takes to get passport back after the COPR confirmation?

I sent all the required documents on July 24th after receiving the PPR, I got the COPR confirmation on July 20th, but my passport still not received. I am checking FedEx everyday. Little worried at this time.

Is there any process to find out where is my passport ?

I got a request to upload some additional docs. I uploaded a doc initially but I am unable correct some information now. I have not submitted/transmitted my information yet. Currently it throwing me error (Our Online Services are currently down Error Code 7S7NACYP).
Any recommendation or just wait for website to get fixed automatically?

i ordered GCMS notes on june 14..two days ago i got a mail from a person called manmeet rai ,stating they are struggling to get the information from CIC and a lot of other things about getgcms notes operation...Still no GCMS....Should i order from other sites or wait??....Anyone else has the same experience??

Yes. got the same email. I ordered thru ATIP for my 1st GCMS but got it after 3 mos so that's why I tried getgcms for my 2nd notes and this is what happened now. In my case, I don't think I will order again. I think I will just have to wait until IRCC releases the notes..

May 20, 2019 - Sent Web Form to inquire about application: Found out that the CPC is in Ottawa.
May 23, 2019 - 1st Order of GCMS Notes (received by June, Eligibility Recommended Passed, Criminality Passed, Security not started)
July 8, 2019 - Sent a webform to inquire about the status. ( The agent made a follow-up to the Case officer)
July 16, 2019 - Received an email regarding on the status of the application
August 2, 2019 - Ghost Update
August 6, 2019 - After 270 days PPR!

I never called the CIC since I don't think it could help and may just add to my anxiety. I believe that they are fast tracking the backlogs and hopefully we will all be cleared November folks! Thanks to all the contributors in this forum!

So I emailed Goodale's office 1 month ago and got a reply on the same day. Yesterday I emailed them again to get an update on my application, but no reply yet. Could it be that they only reply on the 1st inquiry? Has anyone here contacted them more than once and got replied?

Salamat! and don't lose hope kabayan! A follow-up on the webform will do, once you moved to IP2 and received a ghost update it's just a matter of days for the PPR to come.
