Hey guys just a quick question, sorry Im new here and havent been following too much, up until recently when my application has gone above 7 months. Im nearly 8 mths in now as well.

Anyways the question is, to contact the CIC office do I contact my local one which is processing my case? Or is there one in Canada that I have to contact? Applied and currently in Sydney, Australia. Thanks in advance for the hel guys. Prayers are with all of us to get the golden email soon !

Install Google Sheets on your Android then try to open the link on your mobile browser. There is a button on the top right for edit. It will then open in Google sheets and allow you to input your details.

Do you mind sharing why it was under review? My eligibility is also under RR and I'm hoping w/e issue it is it can resolve itself since it did in your case.

Hey! I haven't emailed the CPC Ottawa address, no... However, last time we called the officer did send a reminder and we got a generic response from the CPC Ottawa address, not from the "donotreply" address, as it usually is. It's been 23 days already since the reminder was sent, so I'm guessing that didn't work either. Do you think it'd help if I email them directly even after the reminder??

In my case, the agent told me she'll send a reminder when I called on June 17. I don't know if anything happened behind the scenes, but it's already Aug 1 and I am still waiting..
