Been a few weeks since I visited back here. How's the progress of you guys so far?

Nov 23 AOR. Still there have been no updates for me Completing 8 months in 3 Days

Same.. No update at all

Guys, need small feedback. I am AOR 30 September and was stuck in IP1 and eligibility met since November.
Today morning my status got updated to "We are processing your background check" and also for Remedical request as it is expiring on 25 August.

Any idea after medical is completed what can be the general expectations?

PPR as soon as medical is submitted

Usually RE MEDICAL is a strong predictor for PR

Remedical request is the form of PPR itself ... Probably a week after submitting your medicals you will receive PPR

241 days today (8 mos tomorrow) and I am awaiting for my 2nd set of GCMS notes this week (hopefully).

Is Access To Information and Privacy (ATIP) the same as GCMS notes?
I am an applicant for India but mt brother lives in Canada so can he request the notes on my behalf via ATIP?
Please Help.

Yes. He can request on your behalf through ATIP. You just need to sign consent form.

It is. But ATIP is not dependable. @Upasana here applied and she never got anything back. Getgcms is better option.

Getgcms and other companies request the ATIP notes on your behalf. There is no difference.

I’m a bit surprised to read this. How can someone trust a third party instead of the official website. Reason for delay could be something else. I had ordered mine and received within the allotted timeframe.

The consent form needs to be signed
Your brother has to apply using access to information act and pay $5
