May be you listened only to automated message, did you reach an agent? There is a technical glitch in automated system.

Agents are not available because of high volume of calls. I’ve been trying for an hour but noone is available

That might be because the company I used to work for closed down its India operations after I left the company. So sent explanation and documents regarding that, will it be an issue?

thats what i got in my gcms notes 40-50 days back

it means our files have not been touched for a long time

The last time I visited this forum, it was 30-40 pages shorter. Would anyone who's on here more often be so kind to tell what's been going on recently? I've looked through the last 5 pages or so and I could see only new nicknames.

PS. Aor November 1st. Still waiting for PPR. Crazy, right?
