Hi Guys,
My issue still persists. Yet to get a PPR, almost after 3 weeks of approval from Ottawa.

Background : FSW Outland applicant. AOR Nov 9th. After completion of 6 months I raised a CSE asking for the status. Got a response on 15th May, saying a decision has been made on my application and respective office will contact me. Then I called on 22nd May and the agent confirmed that my application has been approved but couldn't tell me when I'll get the passport request letter. Asked me to wait for couple of weeks as there can be backlog. Waiting since then. Even if I assume it was approved on 15th May, it's close to a month but no passport request yet.

Do I have any option to reach out to them other than raising CSE (anyway planning to raise one tomorrow ) or calling the agent ( last time the agent said she can't even send a reminder, since it's approved)?

Some of you here mentioned reaching out to the MP. Is it only for the inland applicant's ? I don't know which MP to reach out to. Our medical will expire on Sep 28th. So I believe we have to enter Canada before that. Now both me and my wife's company has a notice period of 3 months. Unless we resign in a week or two, we won't get release on time. Also we are hesitant to resign without a formal confirmation of the approval. Never expected to be in such a situation.

They may transfer your application to local office already, just wait for the email. Relax that your case is already approved.

Already passed 6 months, What do you think about the possibility of PPR?

Same boat! Some of Sydney cases I know all stuck at Security, either officer there working slowly or we are under SS.

Dear I have been a silent reader but could not resist myself to reply you coz we are in the same boat
My aor is 5 nov
Medical passed 6 December
ADR 21 December

From that particular day no one touched my file and status is same
That only medical passed
Gcms requested 17 May

Even my gcms note is clear for 30th april ordered gcms notes.

Hi,
Carry a copy of RFV mail, 2 recent photographs(specs as mentioned in your RFV mail), your passport.

They will give you consent form over there. Fill it and submit it there only and carry cash to pay fees.

Note: Don't carry laptop or any other storage drives. Mobile phone is Ok.

One more thing, VFS at Mahalaxmi is open even on Saturdays (1st half only)

That's not right.

You should share your story irrespective of whether others are still waiting or not. Yes, I know it is hard to read about others completing their journey while there seems to be no hope for the ones waiting. But this forum is all about sharing each other's Joy and frustration. So I'm sure there will be many who would like to hear your journey and possibly take inspiration from it
