Its really frustrating!!! You can not connect to them due to high volume of calls. I am planning to shout on them now. Its been 6.5 months of application and no update in last 5 months. FRUSTRATED!!!!!

This is normal, any information which is not according to the standard format of IRCC instructions will have an RR. The officer will cross-check and make it pass.
