It all depends on if your eligibility is passed.

The eligibility is the most critical stage, and if that is passed, your are safe.

The application goes through the following stages:

While I wanted to connect with an IRCC agent, I never managed to get across. I was contemplating requesting GCMS notes but decided to wait a little longer.

There should not be an outright rejection, I think they'll ask for explanation or more supporting documents before rejecting

Got my RFV finally
AOR - 10th May was in Ip1 all the way
Ip2 - may 12
RFV directly in my inbox, no change in my account - 14 may
Is their any other step or does this count as PPR?

Called cic yesterday for status - they informed that application is approved.

Got Ppr email today 13 May 2019.

I went through the exact experience. It isn't easy. I'd say - give it another couple of days, post which you could request for GCMS notes (helped someone I'm connected with) in addition to calling IRCC (try calling them at 7 pm)
