Hi

I am posting for here for the first time. Even my AOR is Nov 4, 2018 and I am also stuck in IP1. The last update I have is that my eligibility has been met.

My CRS is 440 and I had claimed points only for my recent occupation thinking that I would clear the cut off. Now I am wondering if my application is delayed due to low CRS score.

If the Nov 4 AORs don't mind, could you please share your CRS here. We don't know how the process works, all we can do is speculate.

1-My wife and I worked in a same company, In my wife letter it says "regular basis" ( she is working for 8 years) and in my letter it say "contract basis" ( i am working for 2.5 years) I am the main applicant. Our official timings are 8-5.

2- My wife sold her car and we put that money into my account.

Yup, that is another theory we are working with. Let's hope that we get our PPR this month. I have already spoken to many employers in Toronto and I doubt they will keep waiting for me to get my PR. I had interviews scheduled for April end.

Let's hope that we all get our PPRs soon and congratulations to those who have received it.

- After reading few comments, I realised that CIC call the employer to cross check things, I have changed few jobs in past 10 years, will they call the latest employer or all of them? I am asking this because couple of companies I had worked for are dissolved now. May be thats why my application is stuck on BG check

Yes, I think you should update with your new job. I THINK it will be via the webform in their website.

I don't know if they call all of them, do sampling, or call the most recent. But I think that can be a cause why its taking longer. I think if there's a problem in that area, they will make an additional document request.

Again, these are all opinions. So wait for other replies

I am in IP2 from the start because I required to give biometrics so cant say anything about that.
But I didn’t receive a PRPF request is what concerns me.

Weird question, are you sure you didn't pay for it upfront?

Why dont you check all the documents you submitted for your fund to know if there is something you missed. If you personally find out, raise a CSE with a letter of explanation, with a document to back it up.

Possibly... my friend talked to the agent on last Friday & he was told that his documents have been received which was somewhere in mid april and they did not give him any more info. He got the mail yesterday morning though he was told that it'll take more time

Eligibility met for me as well and file still in ip1. I completed 6 months on 4 Nov, so raises cse same day. .. .

I got the same mail yesterday that it's going to take time.

As long as it's just 1 month delay I am okay with it. I just don't want them to put me in 1 year queue.
