Yes they can ask for ADR anytime.
I got ADR same day my background check went in progress.

What date did you order notes and what date you received them? Mine have been way more than 30 days but still no sign of 2nd set of notes....

I ordered 29 march and got them last night. should be soon.

Whenever you predict any week be it with a logic of receiving ppr coz of new draw, or coz many people received ghost update or just a random guess ,,, the said week witness very less cases of ppr...lol

The latest draw was on 1st May. But der were very few pprs. If the draw theory ( that ppr come after a draw) is right , then people prepare urself mentally to get ppr only after 15 may

Some even said that if the file is picked, things move really fast..... But der are people like sithlord and many more , whose file is picked..... But they haven't rcvd the ppr yet .

ITS JUST UNPREDICTABLE.
