My aor is November 21, 2018. Mep was in december(around christmas). No frikin update since then. 27 days remaining and they are still reviewing my eligibility. Everyone in same boat?
hello everyone.Just a question, who decides how much CRS points an applicant will get? CIC or the immigration consultant? is there a preset points for every qualifications? or does CIC only verify the points set by the immigation consultant? thanks ahead!
Hello
Am in condition, I called agent he said decision has been made but no official confirmation has sent yet.
Next I called to confirm if they have sent any confirmation letter then other agent told it’s pending for review of final VO
Which agent should I believe.
And if decision is already made when will they send confirmation
Also first agent did not tell me what’s the decision he said I m not allowed to tell u on phone..He said but all stages are passed
Guys, for people who had early November AOR and still have only MEP done, please check if your file is in Montreal office. That could be one reason for delay. And if it's in Montreal then you might have to wait additional 2-3 months.
In progress means an analyst is still checking, review required means he is done with checking and there is/are a problem/s that needs in depth review by another officer. One has to wait their turn again if it's review required.

That's the issue with my application. I'm at 160 days, Montreal as per myimmitracker doesn't issue PPR's until 210-260 days out.
I remember reading that and thinking to myself that at this rate I would've taken my chances with the NDVO.

Yeaaaah, definitely, a sort of research. All the community follow the SithLord's case, so they can ask him for something and check out the reaction of the community
Man, I no longer work there and I really don't think they will provide me with so many documents. They will probably only give me 1 document - work experience letter. So I will request them to include my salary revisions and I am tax exempt in that letter.
Now for two years ITA returns, the best I can do is include 6 months pay slips along with an LOE explaining my situation.
My salary account is different. I showed an entirely different account as POF and I took a gift deed.
Sharing the following can help you:
a. Bank statements of salary account
b. For both the years, get income tax computation certified from your CA mentioning your Gross Total Income and tax calculation(Nil) on it basis the slab for the Assessment Year.
I believe it will help in case your employer does not provide you documents or taking long time.
Honestly, I think some of agents may actually read this forum and have some fun from our theories about things like IP1/IP2, ghost updates or stuff like that. I'm 100% sure that everything is COMPLETELY different in our applications back-end, so for them we might look like ancient people guessing about mysteries of the Universe, you know
