This is why I asked you yesterday about the docs you’ve submitted to prove your work experience. I’m sorry they had to ask you for additional proofs. Looks like they weren’t convinced completely with the reference letter and the details provided in it.
Does your company have a proper website with the same details of its whereabouts as in reference letter? Don’t you have a LinkedIn/Facebook account with which they can verify your employment details? I guess they look up for these open source details to verify first and then if still doesn’t satisfy them they’d ask for ADR.

The company has been around since 1995 and it has a website, facebook page, twitter page etc. Thought I don't have a LinkedIn account. The letter I provided was very detailed and it included everything as per the format.
Guess, I will just have to provide them with my 6 months pay slips and maybe ask the company for a tax exempt letter. Hopefully, that helps.

I hope that should do. It’s better if you could give them as many docs as possible relating to your work. Like offer/appointment letter, relieving letter, salary revision letters etc. Btw are you planning to submit bank statements of your salary account, I guess you’ve shown a different account for your POF.

Man, I no longer work there and I really don't think they will provide me with so many documents. They will probably only give me 1 document - work experience letter. So I will request them to include my salary revisions and I am tax exempt in that letter.
Now for two years ITA returns, the best I can do is include 6 months pay slips along with an LOE explaining my situation.
My salary account is different. I showed an entirely different account as POF and I took a gift deed.
