Just got off the phone with an agent. They are aware of a technical issue with the system not issuing confirmation emails for CSE. She said it doesn't mean they are not receiving them.

As a side note - the IVR is now giving options to receive a call back instead of waiting in the queue. I don't know if its been there for long - but I only heard it now (calling them after 2 months).

This call back is only available for applicants calling from inside Canada though.

I don't think there is a best time. You either get through to an agent or you get a message lines are busy. Just keep trying, it's all about luck

I tried yesterday at 830 pm IST and was able to get through with around 35 min wait time..I called using hangout

Call them now. I tried them 3 times in the last 5 months and every single time - I got through between 9.30 to 10AM Central time.

I tried them 4 times since 8AM CT, and again got through only now (9.45AM CT). Currently in the queue.

Hi, I'm usually calling them around the same time and so far was lucky to get in queue every time. The call back option is a new thing, wasn't there 2 weeks ago when I last called.

Good to know! Although I'm wary of trying that option in case they don't call back at the end of the wait time.

I will try next time, when its not an important situation as is now

I guess most of the cases with any update reported here are processed from Ottawa and others.. Does anyone know any progress from NDVO?? It is so frustrating!!!

NDVO takes a very long time to process cases. 7-8 months is typical. I'm also at NDVO, lets see

I press one... ... But it keeps repeating the ivr options and then disconnects

When I call. .. .. Ivr says to press options..... ..I am pressing 1 but it keeps repeating to press options. ....and then gets disconnected

Same happened with me

Got off the phone - nice guy. He sent an email with a case-specific link to upload docs since I wanted to send passport pages photocopy for Travel history ADR.
Said everything is passed and security not started (same update since Jan 11) - and that they received the docs for ADR that I submitted so far.

I actually feel bad for them having to keep dealing with my changes - in this span of 5 months. Changed jobs, changed work permits, addresses, and threw in a new US visa in there too.

Guys, I need a clarification. I am from India. While applying for PCC in India, I provided this option " 'immigration purposes other than citizenship" is this option correct for Express Entry PR application?

Wait till the french speech is over and then press 1. Then 1 again.

Then press 2, and then this is where you will be asked if your app starts with E - press 2 if it does.

Enter app number and press # and 1 to confirm when it reads it back to you.

Then enter DOB and 1 to confirm.

Then let it talk for a bit and press 1 to find the status of your app. Let it read the various steps your app is at and then press 0 to talk to an agent.

I don't think you are the only one. I am sure there are plenty of others who keep making changes to their profiles. I have seen cases where they include getting married, birth of child etc.

PR is a long process and people lives change during the journey.

Not sure, I had not checked my profile for quite sometime. Do we usually get a mail when the status is updated? I checked my mail box, but there is no email regarding IP2.

Don’t think we get a mail for IP2..it’s usually after a ghost update

I wake up every morning and the first thing I do is to check this forum, in the hopes of seeing y’alls PPR messages. It’s gonna come and it’s gonna come for you all! My application wasn’t moving at all and everything got sorted in 4 days. It’s happening for y’all as well. Until that time, y’all are not alone, I pray for everyone of you
