When I had my landing interview, the lady said that applicants should absolutely call their MP. She said it's their job to work on your behalf and they get paid over $100K/year so you should put them to good use.

May be you did not signed out completely after your previous login session.

When file moves from junior to senior officer the value becomes not started.
Obsolete are the entries before applying in profile or application. When u change the older one becomes obsolete and the submitted ones are considered.

If the notes has "Not Started", your file is in queue for an officer's review. Eligibility will be checked thoroughly by both Case Analyst and Program Assistant. You will get to know more in the next set of GCMS notes only. I am assuming the notes in this case are of "Program Assistant"
