Is anyone having trouble logging in? I haven't been able to login today at all. As soon as I put in my login information it takes me to the welcome screen with the language option.

no trouble at the mo. It happens sometimes. Clear out your cache or use an alternative browser to login.

I called CIC today. A very polite representative gave the below details:
Eligibility: Met
Criminality: passed
Background check: Not started yet (shows the same online)
VO: Ottawa

Can anyone let me know what all checks would be pending as a part of background check?
