Hi, can someone guide me through the procedure of ordering Gcms notes..?

All of this makes sense - This is your R10 check. There will be another note above this for specific eligibility checks on work experience (if completed). Also there is no mention for RR, so were you able to conclude that an RR is pending on the application ?

Mine is also Ottawa but when I called IRCC they said only criminality and medical passed. Background verification and Security has not started yet. Starting to get little bit worried now. My AOR was of 7th Nov'18. Progress bar is showing 48 days left. Just wondering how much more will it take to get completed..

Go to GCMSbuddy website. It's self explanatory. This is cheaper compared to GetGCMS. I got my notes on the 32nd day of submitting.

That I believe is not a review. That's a very common template they update their notes for R10 checks. I had the same note as well. Pretty much exact with the same phrase.

Hi..I could not remember actually but it got changed somewhere around January 1st week. After that there is no update yet. It is same till now. What is your current status?

Aor - 4 Nov, but background check still shows - background check in progress, we will let you know once we start your background check

Client Information means Letter of Explanation as mentioned by others here.

Did some digging and I am just being told that a few others had the same thing mentioned in their GCMS.

Basically, it means that all documents and LOE are ready to be reviewed by the case processing officer. After his review he will recommend eligibility has been met.

I am not under "Further Review Required" but the actual "Eligibility Review". The former happens after Eligibility Review is completed and something has been flagged by the officer So far the assistant has not flagged anything in his initial review so it does look good

So let's see Maybe they finally pick things up

Well I live in Canada so I didn't pay anything to get GCMS.
I was worried about the eligibility of my application as some of the experience letters I submitted were less than perfect. That's why I applied multiple sets of GCMSs.
