Most of Oct & mid nov are through with RPRF request, why are you waiting? i would suggest to pay it voluntarily now itself.

I fear that something wrong with my file that is why I am waiting for any update.

Even if your file is rejected, you will be refunded the entire RPRF amount.

Student visas have no backlog ,I have a very close relative on student visa she and other friends of hers got their student visas in just 3 weeks,they know that such visas are of high priority.Also the trend these days is 110 days..150 is when additional review or document is needed.Anyhow we have to wait until April,by then many PPRs will come ..
