Incorrect: They certainly do read the LOEs. I personally had organized additional documents, and some changes which I had inadvertently missed out in the ITA. As a result, I got my PPR in 20 days !
Mine application has started to show 4 months as well but estimated completion date has not changed. Still showing 11th May 2019. Hope it is not a technical issue
I have a question. At a local telegram chat I have heard that VO sometimes don't read LoEs which are uploaded on a separate field. Some people claim that it is better to upload files in this order: LoE - Supporting documents.
Has anyone heard about that? I am asking because I have uploaded my LoE separately.

Why does it takes so long?
Is it normal for the status to say you have passed the medical exam and then change to you no longer need a medical test. My uci number has changed and progress bar shows 4 months and adr was asked form A personal history I have submitted the same. Please help
