A month approx as per immitracker

I guess after MEP each application takes its own route - timelines vary significantly from here..some gets in 1 month and some takes longer

Correct!! I doubt anyone from November will get PPR updates this month. Could see some miracle updates in January after the festive season

I received a request letter highlighting the content as "Please make sure that the Police certificate covers the whole time period."

They have already given you the reason. How long did you stay in Singapore?

I moved to Singapore on Jan 26,2018. Before moving I lived in USA for 5 years. During that stay I travelled singapore twice during March 2017 and November 2017 just for vacation. But pcc submitted dated from Jan 26, 2018 to October 11.
So should I get a PCC from March 2017 to till date?
