From what I understand (correct me if I'm wrong) is that it should be a change in the text "We are processing your background check". Like, you won't get any notification, but your text might change to "Background process completed" or something similar.
This is wrong. Ghost update is when your application status shows 'updated' but you won't find any change in profile, not even a word. It's like ghost scaring you with a 'BOO', but you can't see anything around.

Yes, that is what it looks like. Everyone who received the PPR email had their application processed at NDVO.

Why is LDVO dead!.. its beeen around a month i didnt hear any Nov AOR (LDVO) getting PPR .so annoying
