My file apparently was completely processed at CIO - Sydney
PNP-Express entry application

Hi SithLord-- how do you know where your VO is? I am applying for PR (FSW) from Tokyo. Does this mean that my VO is in Manila (the closest VO according to the Canadian Embassy's website).

Raise a CSE and ask them which VO is processing your application
