I am in the same boat. Nov 2nd Aor and no update since 3rd Dec IP1 and MEP. Paid RPRF upfront.

It really makes me paranoid waiting and wondering about my application since they now say that the current ip1 and ip2 stages do not matter anymore. It is very difficult to predict what is going on since I know someone who paid RPRF as well a week before me and her status changed to ip2 (background check started) while I was waiting for my ip2 to happen a week after her, it never happened. Still in ip1 until now. Each application varies. So I guess we all just have to wait and hope that they can finish assessing our applications before the 6th month mark.

Actually,A case officer should have checked your file and triggered RPRF based on your timeline...Its most times 2 weeks after MEP...
