I don't know what this conversation is about, but here goes:
18 weeks = 18 x 7 = 126 days
4 months = 30 days x 4 = 120 days
18 weeks > 4 months

Do we need to give bio-metrics? My wife is the primary applicant and she submitted the application on Nov' 2018. Our country is India.

1. The application status mentions that "You passed the medical". Does that mean me and my wife have both been cleared?
2. The current status is "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" after two months. Is this normal?

You don't have to. If they require biometrics, you will be notified via email and on your cic profile.

another person with Nov AOR got PPR today. hopefully we get to see much higher frequency of this as we approach the 3 month mark for some of the nov applicants.

Is it only me thinking that people with more dependents are getting PPRs quickly

yeah, its weird, i noticed that too. But I have applied with dependents and no luck .

But I don't think the sample size is big enough to generalize.

Like I have seen folks from nigeria getting it super fast but i have also seen folks from nigeria stuck for a very long time.

I've noticed the same pattern in October AOR, mostly Nigerian and CEC inland getting it quickly
