Hi,
The form is in the attachment sent to you in the oath invite, it is the last page in the attachment. You have to print the form and take it for the oath.

a quick question to all who got test invite via email, did you receive a form called Prohibition that you need to sign, i did not receive that form in my test invite email, anyone?

The form is handed over to you prior to the test when you check in at the test center. All the best.

I got a reply from them, indeed they were not answering what i was asking, they did say i am invited for a oath however didn't explain me the issue on my letter and also why there's no change on my status.

well! at least it's a confirmation i will appear on the oath becoming a citizen but just little weird how they made the mistake on my letter

As soon as your ecas changed to "Completed" from "Decision Made".

hi Folks, I am part of the Dec 2017 applicants. I would like to know if any of you approached CIC through the Webform if you are in DM stage and you havent received Oath invite yet. Can you tell me how was the response and how long did they take to give a response.

I contacted them over the phone when I was waiting for the oath invite. Less than a week later, I received it.

For applicants that have applied for the passport or have any knowledge on the matter, can I apply for my passport as soon as I am done with the ceremony? I am flying out for a short vacation a week after that and plan to apply with an urgent application.

You have to wait till you E-case status changes to "COMPLETE". Once it shows "Complete" you can apply right away.

Got my oath invatation this morning for December 2, finally!!! Ceremony will be held in Mississauga.

I sent my application November 23rd 2017, had my test in scarborough on September 12th. Have decision made but still waiting for an oath invite? I think i am the only one left from November 2017.
