My question is if the 12 month deadline is breached...what do we do??

Unfortunately nothing - according to my MP’s office , the only thing that could happen is a notice will be sent to the local office , but there is no guarantee the local office would actually take any action

If they mailed out the oath invitation,they update on ecas too?

Also what if decision made is negative, will they send out the letter along with update on ecas?

Mine was also sent in Nov 16, IP since Jan 28, Fingerprint in July, no news then after. Very painful. Hope to receive invitation next week.

No, you don’t have to submit a new copy.

Hi What is Decision made? I was told by the officer during the citizenship test that I have qualifies and he has no concerns. But I did not receive a letter or email saying that decision was made.

Post note: I just checked online and it says decision made.

It’s mean a decision been made on your application which is normally good news now you just wait for Oath Invite.

Mine was sent Nov. 11th 2017. IP January 12, 2018. No test invite until now. This is painful
