I just got a call from IRCC (Calgary Office) and they are going to reschedule my citizenship ceremony after my trip

They will send me another notice of appear with the new date.I am happy!

IP since feb 1,2018 after that i havent heard anything from cic, still waiting for test. I live in Grande prairie, Alberta . So my office is Edmonton . Can somebody tell me what to do ?

Most people get notified by postal mail and you will also see an update online. A few people have received the notification by email but I think it's only people in Alberta.
