I would say that that timeline sounds about right and you should give the call center a call...but I currently have a gag order on this forum from giving this sort of advice.
I had my test back in Mar 22nd at Scarborough. I was told everything was good passed my test and my status on ecas changed to Decision Made in few days the office that took my interview said I should get my oath letter and gave the maximum time until Nov 2018 for oath but said it shouldn't take that long.
I still am waiting for my oath letter been almost 4 months since I did my test. I applied fro GCMS notes but am having a hard time deciphering it.
If it is DM, most of the process is done and they are trying to schedule the oath date would be my guess. Scarborough is one of the slowest along side other GTA officies. So hang in there would be my suggestion. Someone who wrote the test at scarborogh in April just got Oath invite today - so there is hope!!
for GCMS notes, since your status is DM , you can see all the process which are complete such as security check, crimilanity check language level & physical presence elligibility.
It would not give you information about Oath dates i am afraid.
I just checked the tracker and wow!! ..I am the only one with 181 days from IP to test invite. so that should give people an idea on their wait if you still have not received your test invite.
I took oath on Friday but ECAS is still stuck at the IP line. I guess officers at the Ottawa office don't update ECAS after IP... Maybe they didn't do the IP line either, as that could be done by the Sydney office.

Give it few more days. My status was changed to "Complete" after a week or so of taking oath and a 4th line added stating "You became a Canadian citizen on June 22, 2018."

There are not many questions related to date/year etc but you can get numbers related questions. I suggest read the book 2-3 times and then taken online practice tests. Here are few of the websites.
