I received my oath request email on June 14th and the Oath date is (Canada day) July 1st.

Hi Members,

Any one got their FP results recently? What is the progress there? I read on their website that they are also receiving high volume of FP requests which may delay the processing time? Appreciate if anyone can share his experience!!

If you don't have a creminal record, it should take around 10 business days to be cleared from RCMP and then send to CIC. I did the same and I called CIC two weeks ago and they said we received everything and your file is in Scarborough centre. They suggested I start reading to prepare for the citizenship. Good luck man

Hey do they have citizenship tests daily or only once per week?

My file should be with the Surrey, BC office and I have to do 2 short trips one in August and one in September - wish I'd heard something back by now so I could plan it but still waiting and losing airfare deals. Been IP since Feb14

Does anyone know if they hold citizenship test and interviews daily or there is a set day once per week (eg a Tuesday)?

Variable from center to center, highly variable. No concrete answer. If you know for sure which office your file has been assigned to, ask the local MP office to make an inquiry on your behalf.

I got the invitation letter for oath today. Yay!!! The oath ceremony is on August 10th 2018.
My journey is about to finish. I would like to thank everyone and wish others waiting for exam and oath, good luck!

3. We started processing your application on February 4, 2018.

NOTES:

• I applied from Gatineau, Quebec.
• I passed the citizenship test and the interview in Ottawa on May 4th, 2018.
• Now, status changed to "Decision Made" and still waiting for Oath Invitation.

We are officially canadians now. Had our oath ceremony today at Hamilton centre.
