1) FP comes as an update on ecas and then you get a mail via post which you have to take during the FP.
2) if everything is smooth it could take about a week. Usually the FP is sent within 24 hours.
I haven't seen an FP updated on the file personally. But you could always call CIC and ask for the update.

1) Fingerprints are taken and submitted electronically.
2) Digital fingerprints are uploaded and maintained with RCMP.
3) It is thereafter accessible by all parties who have an 'official' interest in them (viz. IRCC).

anyone knows how to update email address？ I did not get an email for AOR even not in the junk mails.

is it sent by CIC? I might spell the email address wrong or someone on their side did.

so is there a way to verify that ? coz I don't wanna cause any delay in the future.

depends on the location of the applicant, plz check the tracker for average wait times
