-We sent you correspondence on Feb 02,2018 .If you have not yet provided the info. Pls do asap.
But I haven't received any letter /mail yet .

4-5 business days is the usual time frame, it can change based on your location. It was sent out on Friday so start counting days from Monday.

I would say give IRCC a call. The wording is a little different from other members who got finger print request.
Call them first thing in the morning to be able to go through.

I received AOR through email. Shall we get discover Canada booklet through mail or do we need to refer online/pdf version.

If you got AOR by email, then no, they won't mail a physical copy. You could order one online for free if you would like.

So far, just one and that was at least 2 months ago for it was an urgent process. I think IRCC local offices are taking care of Oct applications. It looks like the priority at the local offices for the old files (not to sure).
