I can able to see my profile on Cic application status page with standard 2 line.

2 line_ discovery Canada booklet send date...

I'm not sure is this status we are calling as ECAS_ INPRICESS

No, it means your application got received and they sent you AOR.
When you get a third line saying we started processing your application it will mean "In Process"

I have recvd my AOR on Jan 4, applicants who recvd AOR after me(Winnipeg applicants) thier status changed to IP. Looks like my IRCC office forgot my application to open , Any suggestions?? . Filling an web form will help to find out the status? Please Suggest Me !!

Average AOR to IP for Winnipeg is 24 days for Oct/Nov applicants; I think you can wait another week before even starting to worry about it. Then wait another week before even considering doing anything about it.
