2 minors [under 18] and one adult [58 years] have received their AOR. 3 AOR for age 22, 27 and 48 yet to be received.

I just call this number. Apparently they have seen application till Nov 27 as of today under "routine" option.

No, this just indicated that they received your application and sent you AOR.
When it is in process one more third line will be added mentioning "we started processing your application"
Let us know when you have this line to update the sheet.
