Yes, hang in there. You will get AOR eventually, as long as your application is complete. ECAS won't show anything till you get it.

AOR is sent via email, if you provided one on the application form. If not, then via regular mail.

I see on the sheet you had AOR on Dec 21, 2017. Which one is right?

I got the aor jan. 10, 2018...i was just mentioning the dec. 21, 2017 that was dated on the letter to show how long it may take to reach some of us who get the aors thru post mail amd not email ☺

You are right it is line 69...and kindly update the aor received to jan. 10, 2018...sorry avout the confusion

I couldn't see the status of my application because I was entering only the paternal surname and the UCI number, then I tried it with the paternal and maternal surnames plus the application number and it was when I could see that it was in process from January 2nd, for those who maybe have the same problem as me.

Good morning. So my application was Delivered Nov 2 and didn’t get AOR. So I called CIC this morning and the agent said noting was on the system and said I should give her my tracking number and also my citizenship receipt payment number that she is going to email the office. Got my AOR without 15 mins of getting of phone with her. So my question when you get AOR does that mean the citizenship application is okay?
