Today 09 Jan 2018 i got the AOR in the mail, I was checking the mail everyday but today I got it, please update the sheet.

I updated AOR date as 09 Jan, but there was another date in there already. Can you please review and let me know if everything is ok? thx

There`s no way to know the processing systems without working there, there are still a bunch of October applicants waiting for AOR so my best guess is it depends on the efficiency and tenacity of whichever processing officer gets the pile with your application in it.

Yay! Just received AOR about 15 minutes ago, app delivered on Nov 16. I'll check ecas once a day to see when I have access.

Because they bribe CIC agents with beers and no one told others the good news so everyone else is screwed.

1. You not getting AOR for resubmission is fine, don't worry too much, there's a long backlog from October so just wait it out. It's gone from about 3-4 weeks for AOR to 6+ish for most.
2. I know when I applied for PR I had an unknown 'lien' against my background check which turned out to be a fine from the electoral roll in Australia as it is mandatory to vote there so you are fined if you do not. I had to provide proof that this issue was resolved to continue on in my PR process, so I'm not too sure how it may fall with your warrant. Perhaps get a consult from an immigration lawyer? Some offer them for free dependant on where you are.
