IP means that your application was forwarded from Sydney to your local case processing center (usually located near your permanent residential address). It also means that "real" processing has begun meaning background, criminality, eligibility checks will now be done on you.
I saw in october spreadsheet they all had an app received date wc probably means they all sent thru courier or registered mail. I sent mine regular mail as friends also just did regular mail usually takes 4 business days within Canada and went fine, until i stumbled upon this thread and thought i should have just did courier as everyone else did. Just hoping it gets received by the PO box in Nova scotia before it reaches 90 days as i remembered the online calculator form is only valid within 90 days.

Of course it will reach well before 90 days are up, even if sent by regular Canada Post, unless they go on strike for whatever reason. Xpresspost or courier is better because atleast you know when it was received.
